Whorton Therapy

Discover the science-backed therapy that targets the root of your pain

What is dry needling

You’ve probably tried it all—mouth guards, muscle relaxers, stretching apps, maybe even Botox. And yet… the pain comes back.

The jaw tension.
The migraines.
The tight neck that just won’t let go.

Dry Needling is different.

This isn’t a massage. It’s not a Band-Aid. And it’s definitely not “just more exercises.”
Dry Needling uses a thin, specialized needle to reach trigger points—those deep, overworked muscle knots that cause pain, limited motion, and pressure headaches.
When done correctly (by a licensed, credentialed provider like ours), it helps reset the muscle at its source, allowing for:

• Faster pain relief
• Improved posture and alignment
• Better sleep and fewer flare-ups

How Dry Needling Can Help?

We use Dry Needling most often for:

• TMJ and jaw tension
• Headaches and migraines
• Tech-neck and upper back pain
• Facial tightness and asymmetry
• Stress stored in the neck, jaw, and shoulders

But I Tried Dry Need ling Before…

We hear this a lot. And here’s the truth: It’s not just about the needles. It’s about the provider.
